2. PRICING & PAYMENTS

All orders are subject to availability and payment confirmation.

Prices on this website are displayed in USD by default. For your convenience, you may use the Currency Converter in the website footer to view and pay in your local currency.

Please note: Customers located in China, South Korea, and Indonesia can currently pay only in USD, regardless of the selected currency view. All payments are processed securely via PayPal and other authorized payment providers. Your order is only confirmed once your payment has been successfully received. To complete your transaction, we may share essential information (such as your contact and order details) with our payment partners for processing purposes only.

3. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

• We offer both international and domestic shipping via DHL.

• Studio Dua covers the full cost of shipping — you will not be charged for delivery.

• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email including your tracking number.

• Shipping times vary depending on destination and customs processing. While we aim for timely delivery, Studio Dua is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, local holidays, or unforeseen events beyond our control.

• Please note: Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged upon arrival are the sole responsibility of the recipient, depending on your local laws.

• Responsibility for the shipment transfers to you once the order has been handed over to DHL.

4. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

​

• We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the item meets the following conditions:
  – It is unused, in its original packaging, with tags attached.
  – It shows no signs of wear, stains, damage, or handling.

• Each Studio Dua bag is fitted with a security tag: a loop lock encased in leather and sewn shut.
  This loop must be intact for any return or exchange to be accepted.
  If the loop has been removed, tampered with, or cut, the item will be considered used and non-returnable.

• Return shipping fees, including customs duties and related charges, are the customer’s responsibility.​

5. PRODUCT INFORMATION

 

We strive for accuracy in all product descriptions, imagery, and specifications. However, slight variations in color, texture, and measurements may occur due to screen settings, lighting, and the nature of the materials we use.

 

Our products are crafted in small batches using carefully selected leathers and other quality materials. Subtle differences in surface finish, grain pattern, or feel are part of the material’s character and do not represent defects. Due to manual cutting and finishing, minor size deviations may occur. Each item is made with attention to detail, and no two pieces are exactly alike. These variations reflect the craftsmanship and uniqueness of each product. Over time, signs of wear and natural changes in surface appearance may occur, this is part of the product’s evolution and individuality.

Studio Dua cannot be held responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by third-party shipping providers (e.g., DHL), customs clearance, or unforeseen events such as natural disasters, technical failures, or pandemics. We also disclaim liability for website issues, including downtime, security breaches, or content inaccuracies.

In all cases, Studio Dua’s liability is limited to the purchase price paid for the affected item or service.
